Driveway hardscape alert

Please be careful not to drive over the driveway strips converted to hardscape.

A hardscape, especially rocks or turf, cannot take as much pressure/weight as the surrounding original concrete. Driving over the hardscape might damage the irrigation pipes underneath. The irrigation pipes are still supplying water to other parts of the community.

Annual Tree Trimming

is scheduled for January 18, 21, and 22 - weather permitting. The focus is on keeping a clearance between trees and homes while maintaining symmetry and removing unhealthy, dead or dying plants.
