I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

1. No work shall commence until the written approval from the Mendocino HOA Landscape Committee.

2. Work performed as stated in this application shall comply with the Mendocino HOA guidelines/policies.

3. No modifications shall be made to the current irrigation system or watering schedule.

4. I will bear all the expenses associated with the proposed work.

5. I acknowledge and take full responsibility for any damage I or my contractor working on my behalf, may cause to common area assets (irrigation systems, sidewalks, roads, curbs, utility infrastructure or boxes, common area landscaping, etc.) during the course of my landscaping modification.  I will be liable for the cost of full repair or replacement associated with such damage. 

6. The HOA will continue to provide standard watering and maintenance to the modified area and will not be responsible for any special treatment, dead plants, unusual overgrowth, etc. Any dead plants not replaced by me in a timely manner will be replaced by the HOA from the approved plant list and I may be charged for the cost of replacing those plants.

I have read this application, Mendocino CC&Rs, and I understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Landscape Committee's review of my application as stated therein.

The completed application shall be reviewed within 30 days from the date of acceptance by the management company.
