Board Changes

Jon Jacobs has joined the board to replace Dushanka, assuming the position of Treasurer. Amrit Shergill has joined the Architectural Committee to replace Anita. Welcome aboard, Jon ans Amrit!

Landscaping on South Corner of Via Cantebria and Garden View Rd - Update

We've been working with the City of Encinitas to ensure that our Garden View HOA neighbors (1135 and 1139 Monterey Place) do their share of landscaping to keep our community beautiful and up to code. There is more work to be done but you can see the initial results.

Dushanka Has Resigned from the Board
