We will be repaving Pacifica Place and Pacifica Way this summer. The official term is “mill and overlay” and involves milling (grinding) away up to 2 inches of the old asphalt and rolling in 2 inches of new hot asphalt. Six to twelve months later we will be resealing all three streets: Pacifica Way, Pacifica Place, and Monterey Place.
The project will be paid for from the Reserves.
A major disruption/displacement is unavoidable as residents
will need to park offsite while the work is being done. Please watch out for
announcements/notifications from Mills Management Services for the exact dates
and instructions.
