All the homeowners who pledged not to park in their driveways got their grass replaced free of charge. If you wish to have your driveway grass strips repaired by the HOA, you have 2 options:
(a) pledge not to park over the driveway grass strips;
OR:
(b) reimburse the HOA for the repairs because parking over the driveway grass strips WILL damage and eventually kill the grass.
The alternative is to convert your driveway strips to hardscape: (stamped) concrete, pavers, rocks, or artificial turf.
