On April 30 the City of Encinitas approved the replacement of the
3 wooden sections of the concrete perimeter sound wall as follows:
Following the 15-day comment period, 1135 MP can now proceed with
the project.
The board is working with 1135 MP to help them restore the
irrigation to the outer perimeter to support the growth of the recently planted
shrubs.
