In accordance with the Mendocino HOA Election Rules adopted on June 6, 2020, and pursuant to Calif. Civ. Code §5105, the Board of Directors announced an annual election to be held on December 15 via zoom.
There were 5 seats up for re-election - 3 for a 2-year term and 2 for a 1-year term. The deadline to submit applications was September 21. No applications were received. The three incumbents - Nancy, Semy and Slav - were effectively re-elected uncontested for another 2-year term. Pat, the fourth board member appointed to serve out the remaining 1-year term, has decided not to continue on the board.
Pursuant to Calif. HOA rules, the board dispensed with the uncontested election. The annual membership meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on November 17 before the regular board meeting via Zoom.
