There will be no regular board meeting on May 15, 2025 due to lack of quorum (a board member travelling in a different time zone). We will use this time to meet with our HOA attorney to discuss the CC&Rs 2.0 progress. Once the new CC&Rs draft is complete, we will send it out to the members for comment. The board will then review and incorporate member comments/suggestions and prepare the final draft that will be sent out to the members for approval and adoption. Once approved, the new CC&Rs will be recorded and distributed to the members.
